Interview with a nutritionist via Zoom in which patient’s data is collected: clinical data, blood tests results reading (if recent; otherwise, they are prescribed and results are read during next visit) and nutritional anamnesis. Anthropometric assessment: patient must collect his/her anthropometric data and their analysis will be performed together with nutritionist during consultation; preparation of meal plan according to patient’s goals.
